Next we headed out to a dead straight 5-mile stretch of rural county road. With no intersections or driveways for 5 miles, this empty road was perfect for an all-out speed run.

Using a GPS speedometer app on an iPhone mounted to the ATV, we made 5 consecutive speed runs in each direction along the straight road. The Warrior 350 hit a top speed of 70.2 mph on the highest speed run according to the GPS.

The gravel road surface likely slowed the ATV down slightly compared to the smooth track tarmac. But the Warrior still hauled on the gravel! The engine felt like it had a bit more to give at the very top end before hitting the rev limiter.
